The science and expert studies behind hydrocharged water
The U.S National Library of Medicine sights independent testing which studied how Hydrocharged water (HRW) can affect Mood, Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue and Sleep
“HRW, scores for K-6 Distress Scale, Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) , and Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were significantly decreased after the 4-week administration period. In addition, the change ratio (post/pre) for K6 score was significantly lower in the HRW (HydrogenRichWater) administration group than in the PLW (Placebo Water) administration group”
Nature and Scientific Reports held independent testing to study how well Hydrocharged water (HRW) increased antioxidants in the body.
“Participants who were over 30 yrs old showed a significant increase in BAP (biological antioxidant potential) by drinking hydrogen-rich water but not plain water, and the difference in the changes was significant”
PubMed.gov sights the study looks at the role of hydrogen in preventing and treating Alzheimer’s disease.
"Hydrogen is a common non-toxic and safe medical gas, and its beneficial effects on Alzheimer's Disease have been confirmed in many studies, mainly through anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative stress, anti-apoptotic and the regulation of both autophagy and hormone signalling pathway."
A study done by the International Journal of Sports Medicine, looked at the effect of hydrogen intake on sports performance and recovery
"In particular, hydrogen therapy may be an effective and specific innovative treatment for exercise-induced oxidative stress and sports injury, with potential for the improvement of exercise performance. This review will summarize recent research findings regarding the clinical aspects of molecular hydrogen use, emphasizing its application in the field of sports medicine."
